This is not the post I had envisioned! I had pictured in my head a very nice, sentimental Easter post (a week ago) with pictures of our beautiful boys in their matching off-white slacks (clearance from the Gap), and light colored polo shirts. They were so handsome. However, somewhere between a crazy morning, getting to church, volunteering to help in the nursery that was filled with crying 1-year olds - including Eli - I ended up with a migraine, so heading straight to bed took priority over taking pictures of the boys.
All that said, our fun filled day turned out wonderfully. The boys woke up to their candy-less Easter baskets that had flip-flops, sunglasses, and token Alabama Crimson Tide t-shirts; and they couldn't have been happier. Eli even scored his at the time, forbidden bottle (that's a whole other post)!
We had a BBQ with friends and just enjoyed being in Alabama with friends for Easter. We look forward to a chilly possibly snow filled Easter back in Colorado next year!

Those are some handsome boys. So next easter will they be wearing air force academy t-shirts. Or maybe we should send them CSU t-shirts instead.
By the sounds of the weather over this Easter you may need your snow gear. It was that way all around though. 95 degrees here today.Sure not ready for that. NV Grandma
