Waiting...waiting...waiting...

"I'm ready!"

This is as close as Eli's goggles got to the water. He wants to swim so badly. On the first day he wore his goggles and life jacket for almost 3 hours after I said the word "swimming." Sometimes it just stinks to be the little guy!

Seth is currently in the 3-5 year old class, but she is moving him up to Zach's class so he can work on his skills! He is our little fish and doesn't want to be held back by the little kids!

Coming up for some air! This is really the best Zach has done. He typically is too cold and crying after just 15 minutes. So far he has completely the full 30 minutes each lesson! I think I only heard him ask his teacher about 6 or 7 times today "How much longer?"

Maybe it will take this time. I ended up teaching my brother Rick to swim in the bathtub because the lessons at the pool weren't doing it for him. I believe he turned out to be a decent swimmer. It will happen one day. Poor Eli he wants to be a big boy so badly. NV Grandma
Vonnie...great pictures baby! I love you and thanks for going so far out of the way to make this happen for the rugrats! Maybe we can swim with all of them this weekend! Love you -- Justin
I loved the pictures. I know Grace feels Eli's pain and always feels like she can't do what the big kids are doing. I suppose there will be a day when they are the big kids.
Pretty cute pictures! NV Grandpa
I can still remember the first time the girl next door took me for my first swim. I think I was 5years old. As I waded in the pool, she said "be carefull, the bottom of the pool is full of thumb tacks." My eyes got big, and I don't think my feet have touched the bottom ever sense.
