Reading like a champ...

I certainly have some fears when it comes to being responsible for the boys' education...one of those is that the kids won't understand or get something that is really essential - like reading! The first couple of months proved to be a bit tough when it came to teaching this little guy the basics of reading, but now he is reading like a champ - and enjoying it!





I chose Hooked on Phonics only because I had all of the books from my cousin. It has been a great little program! We are starting level three this week and even starting to read some short chapter books! Justin and I love to read, and Zach is always buried in a book! I'm not sure that Seth shares this same love, but he is enjoying his new found ability to read!
