As always, we had a great time at the zoo. At 7 a.m. this morning the National Weather Service had already issued a flood watch for 12:00 (the third day in a row). I was not willing to be caught driving AGAIN in a torrential rain and lightning storm with 2 children screaming the the back seat; so, we watched the clock and only stayed at the zoo for about 2 1/2 hours - which really is plenty, especially for me! We rolled into the driveway with storm clouds close behind us. Anyways, the zoo was great...no strollers...no backpacks...nothing; just the boys and I. The highlight was a new pond full of alligators - - Hope you enjoy the photos!!

Seth was so excited to be able to see 5 "big fish" in the very murky pond!!
Getting as close as they could to the Wallabies! There were about 12 of them!

When I said "smile for Daddy," this is what I got...Seth looks extremely confused!

This was our 2nd try to get a fun pose for you...it's our token "give eachother a hug" pose - Zach is always excited about "hugging" and Seth is never too sure about the whole deal!

Seth kept asking "How tall am I?"
